Staying at this hotel made my visit to Cartagena much more enjoyable. The rooms were a bit noisy being located by the neighborhood street at the back of the hotel but were clean and cozy. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city but not right in the busy Old Town. The dining experience offered delicious Colombian and international options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
