The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the old town but not right in it. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The dining options offered a mix of Colombian and international dishes, although some found it average. The rooms were placed at the back near the neighborhood street, which could be noisy and only had air conditioning.

Staying at this hotel made my visit to Cartagena much more enjoyable. The rooms were a bit noisy being located by the neighborhood street at the back of the hotel but were clean and cozy. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city but not right in the busy Old Town. The dining experience offered delicious Colombian and international options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old city, making it easy to explore Cartagena. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Although our room wasn't ready upon arrival, the overall cleanliness and comfort made up for it.
